If you plan to sell items the Tables for SWFMAS Paid Members will be free, all others the table charge will be $5.00. Please NO LIVESTOCK!!!! One of the parks rules, not ours!

All dry goods & equipment, if it is a large item, please bring photos and coordinate pickup after the event.

If everyone would sign up with me to bring a plate.(cristina@swfmas.com or pm on here)...The club will be purchasing hamburgers, hot dogs, and some chicken and providing cups, napkins, plates & utensils. We will be in need of Side Dishes, Desserts, soda/water/juice, ice, condiments.

SWFMAS would also like someone/multiple people to volunteer to BBQ that day.

Also need to know how many people are coming...

We will be in Shelter D-1, which is near the playground, and close to the water feature. There is a parking fee, which is payable at designated parking spots in each parking lot. Maximum parking fee is $5.00 for the day.

So I thought I'd start a "what are you bringing" conversation...

I'm sure Marco will be bringing some of the stuff he no longer uses from the garage...I'll let him comment on that.

I believe we will be bringing some of the additives and such that we don't use.

The club will also have a few giveaways. Membership badges will also be available for pick up.

I hope to see everyone there.

me and my wife are deffinetly gunna try to make it.. she's almoast 8 months prego, so it's all gunna depend on how she's feeling on sunday..

OK everyone, Todays the day...If you need directions or get lost, please call Marco or I, 239-898-9009 or 239-410-2983.

There will be plenty to do there for the kids, we are right next to the playground, and about 20-30 feet from one of the water features. The second water feature is only about 300 feet from where we will be.

Plus if you have any used/new equipment/chemicals that you would would like to swap or sell, bring it with you... We have lots of food.
