Well, I just won a tank on ebay. This will be my first "cube" and my first acrylic tank. It is 30x25x17. Yes, not a true cube. I plan on setting up a two coral species tank. Montipora digitata and Tubastrea. Well, maybe some high end chalices.......

Finally, my motivation to finish the bedroom floors. Can't put the tank in until the floors are done!

I'm going to pick it up on Sunday, may swing by Palm Beach and pick up a skimmer too (coralife). I still haven't recieved my replacement pump. So, I've grabbed another cheap used one to use in the meantime. When the pump comes in, I'll just keep it as a spare.

As of yesterday, still haven't gotten my new HQI for the frag tank or my LED strip (my guinea pig)

got the link - looks good. I changed out lisas schuran skimmer for a deltec MCE600 due to size & install complications - it's working very well. I'm very impressed for the size of it. Easy to setup. Rated for up to 150g ... They can be had used for around $300 or so on average .. every now & then you can find one for $250.
