In the very near future, we
Submitted by jdhuyvetter on Tue, 2008-08-12 20:50.In the very near future, we will be posting auction rules and preregistration information. At this point, the location will most likely be Bishop Verot High School. Now that school has started, we will be able to confirm the date with them.
In the meantime, we will need some "volunteers". We would like to place event posters at all of the local stores like we did for the open house. If stores want to donate gift certificates for raffle, that will be fine. We are not trying to recruit vendors, suppliers or stores for dry goods. The theme is a "frag auction"
So, we need volunteers for the Naples area, Cape Coral, Charlotte County, Fort Myers and Bonita Springs stores.
For those of you wondering about September, we will have a speaker. We have two that have agreed to speak. As soon as schedules are finalized, we will post up. One will be our September speaker and the other will most likely speak in January. Just haven't figured out which is which. I should know in about two weeks.

Just tell them that the date is set, location is pending and we will probably know this week. Hopefully posters will be done by Labor Day weekend.
As for donations, we are not requesting any dry goods. We would like the stores to donate gift certificates if possible. These would be raffled.
